Established in 2015ACG Personal Training was initially established in 2015 by Arran Goodall. This was following numerous of years of training experience. Arran started helping to train friends and found he had a real passion for fitness. Following on from this he obtained his relevant qualifications and started offering his experience and knowledge to help others.

About Me
Arran Goodall
Director and Personal Trainer/ Sports Nutritionist
This is Arran the founder of ACG Personal Training! He is a fully qualified CIMSPA Level 3 Personal Trainer and Sports Nutritionist who has a passion for helping others to achieve their goals!
Arran first started going to the gym at the young age of 14! This was mainly due to being overweight and wanting to do something about it. Needless to say he mainly did cardio and lost the weight, becoming very skinny the complete opposite of what he wanted to achieve but at the time felt he needed to be skinny. Following on from this Arran trained in the gym on and off for several years before in 2009 joining the police and wanting to take his fitness more seriously to help with the demands of the role. Again he trained on and off for a few years, before committing himself fully to the gym in his mid 20's, and becoming a fully qualified personal trainer during this time alongside his full time job.
This carried on for a number of years, helping train people whilst working shifts and keeping his own training up. However Arran got injured in the course of his role, which lead to him no longer being able to perform his frontline role which he loved. It was at this point Arran left the police and took a few years out of training to explore other avenues and allow his body time to recover. However Arran could not stay out of the gym, and his passion for fitness soon came back so he re-established his business, started training again and here we are today!
Arran believes that nothing is impossible, and will help guide you every step of the way from training to nutrition and everything in between!
A former Police Officer of over 14 years, Arran understands how difficult it can be to train around shift work, family life all whilst having a social life too! Having suffered injuries in the past Arran also knows how hard it can be to get past this, and can adapt your training needs to help you get stronger and recover quicker!
With over 20 years experience in the fitness industry Arran has tried it all, and has been involved in bodybuilding, strongman and powerlifting training so no matter what your goals he can help you!
